Why Do We Need to Protect Ourselves Energetically?

Let me give you 3 scenarios:

1. If you are an empathic or hyper-sensitive person, (maybe a medium or channel, but you don’t call yourself that), you may experience symptoms of fatigue, dizziness, flush, overwhelm, anxiety, or sudden anger or grief, just from going out into public places. Many lightworkers inadvertently do “healings” on others, without knowing it… meaning we are unconsciously clearing imbalanced patterns from people, or sending earth-bound souls to the light.
2. Another common situation for lightworkers, is that we are out in the world sharing our gifts and we run into personalities who are jealous, envious, or resentful of our light and positivity. We find ourselves suddenly coming down with a cold, nausea, or a real sense of a negative psychic attack. Usually the personality who is sending the negative energy isn’t even aware they can harm another through their out-of-control mental negativity.
3. When you are on the path of healing with a desire for more self-awareness, you need protection around you to allow you the space to do that sacred work.

Disease begins as stuck emotional patterns – resentment, guilt, shame and hatred are some examples of unresolved grief that can manifest in physical symptoms if not tended to. These density patterns can be shifted through self-love and forgiveness. As you open into deeper self-honesty, you generate new patterns of vitality, gratitude, ease, love and joy. Then over days, your physical body re-calibrates and entrains to the new healthy patterns, which are not locked-in with emotional pain anymore.

Taking it a little deeper…

Whether we’re aware of it or not, when we carry unresolved grief, anger or resentment it impacts our etheric-body’s frequency.

On the scale of measurable frequencies, hatred and guilt measure at the lowest level, while love and joy measure at the highest frequencies.

When it comes to our physical and emotional well-being, this matters!

After many years or even decades of carrying around unresolved low-frequency emotions, we develop physical symptoms – anything from low white blood count to cancer.

The other consideration is that we attract to us like-energies! That means, our unresolved material, whether we know it or not, is attracting people and situations into our lives that are just as dense. The positive angle on this is that it gives us an opportunity to see it and change it within ourselves, liberating us from this old pattern. The negative part is that if we don’t LOOK and choose to be self-aware, these encounters can accumulate more density in our fields.

The Higher Dimensional Helpers teach us as they tend to us. They know that if we understand the process of healing, we can make informed choices. They help us come back into connection with the Universal Harmonics. These harmonics exist in everything; inside our cells and throughout our Galaxy, promoting vitality. This is our natural state.

The Higher Helpers wrap us in cocoons of loving-light that last for 24 hours, so we can continue recalibrating while we enter back into society. There can be remembering of who you are beyond just this personality and incarnation, and of your greater Soul Purpose. We promote intentional periods of rest to support the integration process.
